By using the Twsiat AI app (“Service”), you agree to these Terms.

1) License & Use

• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use.
• No reverse-engineering, decompiling, API misuse, or attempts to bypass payment/subscription mechanisms.

2) Subscriptions & Billing

• Payments/subscriptions are handled via Google Play and/or Apple App Store.
• Subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Manage your subscription:
  • Android: Google Play → Your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Twsiat AI.
  • iOS: Settings → Your name → Subscriptions → Twsiat AI.
• Any free trial (if offered) may end upon purchase.

3) Content & Recommendations

AI-generated outputs are for educational/informational purposes only and are not investment, financial, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions.

4) Intellectual Property

All rights, trademarks, content, and source code belong to Twsiat AI or its licensors.

5) Prohibited Conduct

• Abuse, posting unlawful content, rights violations, hacking attempts, fake accounts, or unauthorized automated use.

6) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, security, or legal reasons.

7) Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or fitness for any purpose.

8) Limitation of Liability

No liability for indirect/consequential damages or lost profits. To the extent permitted by law, our maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the last three months.

9) Changes

We may update these Terms; the posted version controls.
