Twsiat AI respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use/share/protect it when you use the Twsiat AI app (“Service”). By using the Service you agree to this policy.

1) Data We Collect

• Account: Email and user ID via Firebase Auth.
• Transactions: Non-sensitive subscription/purchase info via Google Play Billing and/or Apple IAP (we do not store card data).
• Performance/Crash Logs for reliability and improvement.
• Content you submit for analysis.

2) Uses

• Operate your account and verify entitlements/subscriptions.
• Support and service communications.
• Analytics and improvements.
• Legal compliance.

3) Processors

We use trusted processors under data-processing terms:

• Google Firebase (Auth, Firestore/Storage if used, Crashlytics/Analytics).
• Google Play Billing and Apple IAP for payments/subscriptions.

4) Legal Bases

Contract (to provide the Service), Legitimate Interests (improve/secure), and Legal Obligations.

5) Retention

We keep data while your account is active or as required by law. You may request deletion.

6) Sharing

No sale of personal data. Sharing is limited to processors and legal requirements.

7) Your Rights

Depending on your region, you may access/rectify/delete/restrict/object/port data. Contact us to exercise rights.

8) Security

We apply reasonable safeguards, but no method is 100% secure.

9) Children

Not directed to children under 13 (or the higher local age). We delete unintended collection.

10) International Transfers

Data may be processed outside your country with appropriate safeguards.

Updates may occur; the posted version applies.
